10. Das Park Hotel, Austria
The dasparkhotel_bernepark is situated on the “Emscherinsel” in Bottrop-Ebel near Essen directly at the Emscher bicycle route. The location is in a park very carefully developed by the “Emschergenossenschaft” on the site of the old purification plant.
The hotel and the rooms in the hotel are made of giant concrete sewage pipes. This sounds little weird but the purpose behind this amazing creation was to provide cheap lodging anywhere.
These 9,5 tonne concrete sections are a standard item in near all concrete factories and the oden floors, a really comfortable double bed, minibar and room service through to 1am. For night owls, the reception is open 24hrs.

2. Jumbo Hostel, Stockholm
Jumbo Hotel is an aircraft hotel, located in Stockholm. It is an abandoned boeing 747 jumbo jet saved from being a total trash into a five star luxury hotel.
Each room is bare 65 square ft big and furnished with bunk beds, overhead luggage storage and flat-screen TVs. There is a reception area and a cafe with toilets and showers at the rear of the aircraft, which means that you will have to share and this was something i didnt like but it is the unique selling preposition of this hotel.

Hotel Everland is a one room concept hotel, including a bathroom, a king-size bed and a lounge. What makes it so different is that -because it is also an art installation- this hotel moves.
The Everland has been ‘parked’ in the most unsual places. Everland hotel was build for the Swiss national exhibition in 2002. Since this date, the hotel has been available in Yverdon, Leipzig, and now in Paris at the top of the Palais de Tokyo in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Wow! Very unique design and style of hotels. How I wish to visit at least one of those hotels soon. What I like most is the Capsule Hotel in Nether Lands, I love floating in water.
